Apparently mainstream media organisations think your attention span is getting shorter.
Perhaps it is.
But publishing entire news articles in half-sentence bursts is obscene.
The BBC and the ABC have been doing it in sentences for a while now.
And it has been pissing me off no end for quite some time.
But now it seems even a sentence is too long for a line.
And has to be mutilated into some obscene aberration of a semisentence.
Perhaps this is the way it’s going to be for the rest of time.
Perhaps news outlets will wake up one day.
And decide that enough is enough.
But that’s doubtful.
Until then.
I will simmer.
In my own.
Rage.
And.
Cry.
