This weekend I’m heading to Samford for another OpenStreetMap meetup. It’s a “Mapping Party” so I’m going to be doing a bit of trudging around the place, and possibly some skulking in the shade. It will be good, even if my phone is playing up again.
I’m also planning on using the weekend to catch up on some geek stuff, including:
- This awesome site I’m doing up for my brother in-law. Hoping to finish it by Monday so I can get on with the next thing.
- This server-side map display thing for Briscycle (This is the long awaited fallback/non-Javascript content which I haven’t had the energy to focus on yet.) Hopefully this will also make the iPhone a little more pleasant to use too.
- At least two more articles for the same site. I want to get stuff closer to the Brisbane CBD documented since it’s a bit bare in there.
- Some photography. I have three subjects within cycling distance from my place which I would particularly like to capture.
