My phone went completely flat last night. I was using it with my Bluetooth GPS, and didn’t realise it was draining the battery so fast, so by the time I got it home it was bleating a pained warning and turned itself off about an hour later.
I’m stayig at my parents place for a few days, and I figured my phone would hold charge for the time I’m here, so I’ve got myself in a bit of a battery situation. I’m going home briefly tomorrow so I can grab my charger then, but until that time you won’t be able to call me.
I went out to Jaycar today to buy myself a car charger to help prevent this problem in future, but they were closed being a Saturday and all. So I’m looking to get one off the Internet because it will be significantly cheaper. The only reason I haven’t already ordered one was because I want it now, damnit, and it’s going to take altogether too long to get here.

I think you’re the only person I know who can write a 3-paragraph piece of literature on your phone going flat, and make it semi-interesting to read.

I’ll take that as a compliment. It was a bit of an issue for me.

The problem is that through that phone he’s actually running 4 private networks, 3 torrent trackers, 2 ISPs and a partridge in a pear tree.
